FearTWD Ep 6x01 – "The End is the Beginning" Synopsis

"Mortally wounded Morgan must decide whether to help a desperate stranger while a mysterious bounty hunter tries to finish what Ginny couldn't."

FearTWD 601, "The End is the Beginning," is a Western-style zombie movie and among the show's best episodes. A sequel to TheWalkingDead's "Clear" & "Here's Not Here," it's not until episode's end that we find out if Morgan is alive or dead... and it's a hell of an answer.

AMC has sent out screeners of 6x1 and a person on Twitter had this to say:

After watching #FearTWD 601 all I can say until the embargo lifts is:

1. Forget EVERYTHING you thought about where this is show is heading because you have NO IDEA.

2. This season is going to be absolutely B O N K E R S

If the rest of what's been shot is this good, well, damn. I did not like the last 2 episodes of season 5 but now after seeing 601 they make sense. Big changes are ahead and they are so interesting...like nothing we have seen in this universe before. If you were ready to quit after the season 5 finale I don’t blame you, but come back. Give 6 a chance because this is definitely going to be different. I would give it a solid 8. It’s not one of my all-time favorite episodes but it’s very good and I’m definitely intrigued for the new story arc they’re setting up.
