Where should Walter White realistically have been caught?

I’m rewatching the series for the third time now and I cant help but notice that there are so many times Walter White should have been caught. For example, in the first episode where he pointed a gun at a fire engine and then proceeded to stand half naked in the middle of the road with the gun raised at eye level with them ten feet in front of him. Or where Jesse and Walter stole an entire barrel of methyl anime and magically managed to find the night where only one guard was working. So, for all of the friends here who have rewatched breaking bad or are currently rewatching it, what moments in the series made you say “Alright, there’s no way they should’ve gotten away with this...” ?
