Kim was meeting with a young guy and his pregnant wife in the hall of the courthouse. Kim was trying to get him to accept the 5 month prison sentence because he had priors, but the guy wanted to take a gamble and go to court. Jimmy showed up when she was meeting with them, so she took a brief break to talk to him and told him that the guy did not want to accept the 5 month prison deal. Jimmy tells Kim to pretend he is from the DA's office and to start arguing with him and Jimmy is going to take the 5 month deal off the table because they have some new evidence. Kim said she didn't want to lie to her client and Jimmy tries to persuade her by saying that's s how she got Mesa Verde. There were so many scams and cons with Mesa Verde that I am unsure which one he is referring to.
