Carnival Row is a beautiful yet boring show

The makeup in this show is fantastic. The wardrobe, sets, atmosphere are all wonderful.

But sadly the show itself is boring. This could have been a wonderful fantasy show. The high budget shows in beautiful scenes, backgrounds, and the show oozes style but beauty is skin deep.
