For those who missed it. We now know what being a "A" and "B" means.

We got the answer to what “A” or “B” means in The Walking Dead A World Beyond. In the after credits scene of last weeks episode they show a zombie test subject labeled “A”, meaning human test subjects would be labeled “B”. It’s worth noting when Jadis (trash lady) try’s to get Gabriel to run away with her and he refuses she says “I thought you were a B, but you’re an A” and then try’s to get a zombie to bite him. It also kind of explains why Rick can’t get home.
