Does anybody remember or have any footage of this lost CBS sitcom crossover?

NOTE: I posted on r/television about this three years ago (now archived), and I have not found anything since then. I figured I would give the topic some more attention to see if anything has been found.

It was called "Even More Shameless Crossover Monday!". (promo pic here)

It was a crossover (May 3, 1999) between The King of Queens, Cosby, Everybody Loves Raymond, and Becker on CBS.

I remember first stumbling upon an episode description for King of Queens which talked about Doug getting hit with a baseball and meeting a new friend, Bill Cosby. However, the episode had nothing to do with baseball or Cosby.

Here's another post from this subreddit explaining this.

As well as a forum post from DVDTalk.

With my research, I have discovered that there was in fact a crossover between the four shows (as can be seen in the promo pic above). I have also found some information regarding the episodes of each show that crossed into each other:

- King of Queens -- Season 1 Episode 23 -- Where's Poppa

- Becker -- Season 1 Episode 20 -- Drive, They Said

- Everybody Loves Raymond -- Season 3 Episode 23 -- Be Nice

- Cosby -- Season 3 Episode 23 -- The Vesey Method

Apparently, during the Becker episode, each of the characters find themselves in his waiting room, but each show features at least one other CBS character.

A Wiki page provides a synopsis of the crossover.

It appears that these crossover scenes have been cut from the syndicated versions of the shows as well as from DVD video.

This crossover seems to be very interesting and, as of now, it is really a "lost episode."

If anybody here has any more information (or any footage) of this crossover that they would like to share, that would be incredible.

Thanks, /r/television.
