The death of Dale was a big one but it was initially intended for Hershel. However Dales actor wanted to leave the show. If Dale would’ve taken the role of Hershel, do you think the story would’ve changed at all ? I think it would, Dale might not have been captured by The Governor which meant he would’ve lived a lot longer and I would put his death at the point of Bob or Tyreese
