Now that Disney owns the franchise added with their high quality shows they’re bringing to Disney+, I’d love to see a Planet of the Apes show set in the continuity of the reboot series.

Perhaps one that takes place during the Simian flu pandemic and focuses on a group of humans in a different part of America than what we’ve seen in the movies, or even in a different country as War for the Planet of the Apes revealed that the simian flu was enhancing apes across the world.

Or perhaps a show that focuses on another group of apes, one that has a different type of society compared to Caesar’s. Perhaps it could take place in between the events of Rise and Dawn.
