If you haven't seen James Acaster's special, "Repertoire" on Netflix, go watch it.

It is one of the most clever specials I've ever seen. It's filled with ingenious callbacks, some of them so clever and unexpected that I was stunned. The way he structures and times his jokes is like comedy science, and he calls attention to some important things, but in hilarious ways. I got so engrossed in each chapter that they felt like they were only ten minutes long, and I'm not someone who usually watches comedy specials, aside from the standouts like Inside. This wasn't as form breaking as inside, and he does make a couple British specific jokes that I didn't get because I'm American, but the rest of was still an absolute joy to watch. It reminded me of how perfectly structured and executed all of Arrested Developments jokes were, like they were all designed by teams of comedy architects. It's just really worth a watch.

He's also really weird but in the absolute best way.
