Which alliance would win in a full on war? Each of the houses are at their full strength, no dragons, giants, white walkers, wildlings or mercenaries though, only armies and fleets. Maybe politics if there is room for it, but at this point, they are all quite mad at each other.
Feel free to choose one king per alliance, although it might be obvious I'd be interesting to see a Lannister bow to a Greyjoy if you know what I mean.
You can also debate on how those alliances came to be, the circumstances can have a big outcome on the final result as we all know

Golden Alliance: - House Greyjoy - House Lannister - House Tyrell
Royal Alliance: - House Targaryen - House Baratheon - House Martell
