Whenever people talk about TV’s best dads I really feel Sandy Cohen from the OC needs to be in the conversation.

Now forgive me O.C. Fans because I’m somewhat late to the game of Sandy appreciation. I have recently been doing a run of this show for the first time on Hulu and I after watching feel that Sandy should be in the conversation for one of the best tv dads ever. At every plot turn the show has to offer Sandy takes the right turn and does what’s best for the people around him. Yeah the writers flirt with him cheating a bit but he’s so convincing in his cheating refusals that he just reinforces any doubt about his marital commitments. I’m not saying he’s the best but it would be nice if he was in the conversation for one of the best pound for pound
