How Tales of the Walking Dead Epoisode 2: Blair/Gina could have been a million times better. SPOILERS.

OK you could keep the entire mess of it exactly the same until the last 10 or 15 seconds. Then, instead of just seeing the two women walk away, have the camera zoom out and we see they are both actually Walkers and have been undead since the beginning of the episode, and that kind of jumbled reliving of events is just how the Walkers perceive the world.
