[Spoiler] TV Guide's sneak peek has a shot of Jimmy's computer. I don't think it tells us much, but here's what it says, if you're curious.

Jimmy's letter

After forcing the drawer open, I removed the metallic lining made from mylar sheets, removed the tape recorder inside and removed the cassette tape. I again approached my brother, and backed him up against the wall and threatened to burn his house down.

While I can attest that I never intended to follow through on my threats, the words alone carry a criminal charge of petty misdemeanor assault. Additionally, I admit that I destroyed property, another misdemeanor.

I hereby attest that the above is my own recollection of the events in question and is true to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that my actions have consequences, and I am prepared to meet those in whatever form they may take. I take full responsibility and humbly request acceptance into the Pre Prosecution Division Program.
