So, I saw in someone else's post where they discussed how upset Chuck was at losing HHM, and how to Chuck... HHM was his greatest lifetime achievement, and that was being taken from him.
What a sad thing it is, however... that Chuck never stopped to see the other amazing "achievement" he had accomplished. His good-for-nothing lying/scheming/loser little brother... who he had just had to bail out of jail and let him come live with him....
Jimmy... Ends up getting a Law Degree... hero-worshipping his big brother to the point of getting the law degree on his own, never borrowing money or leaning on favors to get there. THEN Jimmy works his tail off, finding a respectable niche in the Law Community of helping the elderly. THEN Jimmy halls in a BIG FISH of the Sandpiper Lawsuit.
MOST people would take a level of satisfaction and happiness in seeing that Chuck was indeed very influential in Jimmy's getting to a better station in life.
But all Chuck could do was see the negative and never actually even allow for Jimmy's successes to make him happy as well.
Poor Chuck. So blind to things...
