During the TV Show, Dany is in the Throne room and snow is falling on the Iron Throne. As she is about to touch the throne, she hears dragons screaming. This is what stops her from actually touching the throne and she is then transported to the beyond the wall.
HBO confirmed that Jon is the son of a Dragon. I think the dragon Dany hears screaming in the vision is Jon possibly. Just like the vision we all assume she will be at all out war with Cercei and with her force size she will get close to taking the Iron Throne.
During the Season 7 2nd trailer, when Jon was standing on the ledge and while the others behind him looked like they were struggling to fight the wights. It looked like Jon was calm and almost like he was calling out. Basically providing a dragon scream that Dany heard during her vision. We also know from the trailer that Jon will be beyond the wall and that is the place where she was taken to during her vision.
