When Nick, Luciana, and the La Colonia crew were captured at the border, why was the Otto crew even there? From episode 1/2 of this season, I thought it was explained that Troy and his crew were at the base to collect supplies, so why did it seem like they were protecting the border? I guess the same question would go for how Madison/Travis/Alicia were captured as well, assuming they got picked up at the border. Were Troy and his men setup at the army base longer term and I am mistaken with their purpose for being there?
