...committing suicide? Kim broke bad when she decided to feign ignorance at Jimmy's fraud regarding Mesa Verde and she defended Jimmy in court knowing very well that he was guilty. She was feeling very guilty over the whole thing, but she couldn't pull out due to the "fallacy of sunk costs". Jimmy eased her guilt by essentially telling her that Chuck would bounce back.
Now with Chuck being dead, Kim will understandably be very distraught at her role in his death (she doesn't know about the malpractice insurance) and Jimmy will likely try to ease her guilt again. This could potentially end their relationship if Kim starts to see Chuck's blood on her hands.
The only other option for her is to accept herself and Jimmy for what they did and pretend this is all Howard's fault. Either way, I believe the eventual split between Jimmy and Kim will come when Kim decides to stop going down the path Jimmy is on.
