Your Predictions for S4 Characters...? (Spoilers)

Following Chuck’s suicide :

Jimmy: left with the total dislike of his brother on his mind. Nagging reminders of his brother's words to forget his conscience, to embrace who he is. He knows he set the wheels in motion for Chuck's demise.. He inherits Chuck’s £3m, handed to him by a furious Howard, who has some words of truth for him. When he returns to the law, with £3m (+ Sandpiper money) to set himself up, he does not want to be reminded of the family name. He goes full Saul, much to the distaste of Kim.

Kim: feels guilty that they tore down a sick man, set him down this path. Every time she looks at Jimmy now just reminds her of what they’ve done. She knows if they'd gone to the house with Rebecca while they were celebrating, things would have been different. But Jimmy said no. Jimmy's new persona on his return to the law, and his seemingly free enjoyment of the spoils of Chuck's death simmer her loathing.

Howard: attends the funeral with Jimmy's £3m cheque, and some home truths to tell Jimmy. I expect Howard to completely eviscerate him, pointing out all the things that Chuck did - how selfish he is, how he always causes pain, that Chuck wouldn't have been set adrift if it wasn't for the Bar hearing which would never have occurred if not for Jimmy's chicanery over 1216. He knows Jimmy set in motion the chain of events that caused a sick man to commit suicide alone.

Hector: has had the stroke, and will probably not be seen again until Breaking Bad. He steps down, as per his Breaking Bad role.

Nacho: may have to run the show for a while in Tio's absence as street boss (Tuco in charge but in jail), and Krazy 8 gets a bump to support him. He thinks he has gotten away with it. However....

Gus: has worked out from the pills/medic scene what Nacho has done. He now has leverage inside the Salamanca camp, and he will pressurise Nacho to do his bidding.

Mike: remains cleaning his money through Gus. The jobs keep coming, and he keeps slipping further and further in. A sanctioned murder is not too far away now, marking his full descent.

The Twins: as indiscriminate as ever - their Uncle had a stroke, but something doesn't add up to them. They will move north, harass doctors involved for information, and home in on Nacho.

Gene: He can't breathe in his life now. He has had a panic attack. A buildup of all the lies he has told, all the fear, and all of the running away. He has bottled up so much now that it’s coming out the top of the bottle. The show is so often about how all your actions have consequences, and I just don’t see the writers letting Jimmy/Gene off the hook for all of the things he’s done. The only satisfying and fair arc I can see for Gene is that he has to let go of all the tension and the lies, and turn himself in. Not just for Saul’s crimes, but for Jimmy’s too.

Gene lives not too far from Kim’s hometown now. He is in Omaha, Nebraska. Her hometown is the midwest, “a tiny town on the Kansas/Nebraska border. You’ve never heard of it.” I’m going to go ahead and predict that her hometown is the town of Liberty, just a few miles from that border. This is a couple of hours drive from where he is, and is fittingly named for a satisfying conclusion. I believe the town of Liberty will be Gene’s final stop on the way to turning himself in with the cops to account for his crimes. He takes a moment to remember Kim and the love she showed for him. Then he gets back in his car, drives past the Hinky Dinky, and to the cop station. Not to concern you guys too much, but there's even quite a pretty and cinematic looking cemetery there, and people are often buried in their hometowns: (http://ift.tt/2pgZWQD). It would absolutely not surprise me if this cemetery is where Kim's story ended. Jimmy/Gene is so lost in his web of lies now, that the relief of just coming clean and giving up telling lies for good, taking responsibility for all of the things that he has done, will be in my opinion, his arc. That will be his ‘Liberty’.
