Does anyone else think Chuck didn't mean this when he said it? I get the feeling that Chuck knows how much he means to Jimmy, being his only family member left and when he said this he thought he make it easier for Jimmy to move on after he committed suicide.
I just thought that this was a possible theory because I just can't understand why Chuck would be so evil to his little brother on the day he decides to kill himself
