Did Walter let Jane die? I think personally yes... It was a solution to get his partner back. Especially since he told him the next time they talked "everything is going to be OK, I'll handle it"

When did Walt develop the "I'm the one who knocks" attitude? Personally I think he did after he attacked Tuco's hideout. It was a display of his power and the first time he felt respect out of fear.

Why didn't Jessie walk away when he had the chance? Jessie in my opinion is presented an opportunity every season to walk away. I think he's personally interested to see how deep the rabbit hole goes. He imprints on Walter for a relationship he never had with his father. Stemming for the approval of the only person better than him at something he excelled at.
