I just rewatched the episode where the Governor takes over Martinez's camp. He puts Pete's body in the lake, then goes back later to watch it flailing around in the water and I noticed how similar it was to the heads he kept in the aquariums in Woodbury. Is there anything in his comic book or novel past that explains why he does this or is that just something creepy they did for the show?
