Frank Daranbont said that TWD isn’t about zombies, despite whatever he means, what do you think it is about?

I was reading through some interviews (I have a fun life), and Daranbont states that zombies aren’t the main feature in TWD. If not, what do you think the TV series is really about? Don’t just say Rick Grimes 😂
