In the season 3 finally, we discover a note showing where Jesse has allegedly been hiding. It reads:

Dylwyn, VA
We later find out this was just a ploy. In real life, there is a town called Dylwyn in Virginia. But the exact address stated in the show was made up. However, if you type in the address into Google maps, it shows this:
