Burning through the show and I’m halfway through Season 7. I’ve seen at least four times now where someone could’ve taken the sacrifice and killed Negan (Carl in the truck or on the staircase when he was holding the bat, Rick/Rosita/Spencer at the gate for the first pickup from Alexandria, Rosita missed a close shot at the pool table, but I blame her for her bad timing when she could’ve had the element of surprise, Eugene as well, esp. after he saw what happened to the Savior doctor), but no one had. Am I missing something or are they trying to wait for the right time to do it?
