Keep our (heroes) on the road traveling meeting new settlements constantly, maybe every other episode and getting into trouble, having new dilemmas, meeting new people, etc?
Some might say such twisting and turning kills any kind of character development, and it does for new characters they might meet, but they cling to one story line so hard it feels lazy and uninspired.
That and we never get to visit the wastelands to see what might or could be happening.
I like FTWD, but it seems like if they could somehow mix Znation with one of these more serious zombie shows, it could be more interesting. maybe
