has a network and writers ever sabotaged a great show like they have with the walking dead?

AMC had a gold mine on their hands, but one stupid decision after another has caused ratings to decline and fan outage. Being cheap with the budget, not paying your top stars, shitty writers, killing off characters people love, pissing off your main character to the point where he leaves the show. the list goes on and on. AMC fucked up in epic ways. Lesson learned. Don't ever put a show on AMC that you really believe will take off because if they treat this franchise this way, they'll do the same to another. FUCK AMC
