Furthermore, do you think he would get convicted? I imagine that Jesse wouldn't face any charges for all that happened while he was in the neo nazis' captivity. Everything before that, would Jesse's best defense strategy be to paint Walt as coercing him? ( I could even see Jesse walking free and all charges dropped because it would look bad to the press for Jesse to be prosecuted after spending months in a neo Nazi dungeon.
