52 Anime Recommendations from this Decade

Browsing through r/television (or most non-niche tv forums for that matter), I can't help but notice that the same 10 or so anime are always mentioned when someone asks for recommendations (e.g. Evangelion, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Death Note). I mean these are considered mainstream/cult classics usually for good reason, but they do tend to overshadow a lot of more recent gems.

With that said, I've compiled 52 good anime series from the 2010s* that casual anime viewers may not have heard of yet (although most of these are fairly popular over at r/anime). Here is a Photo Album of the list, with the ones ending in an asterisk being the best of the best (in my opinion). You're mileage may vary, though, depending on your personal taste, which is why I tried to include as many genres as possible. Meanwhile, below is a table with additional info on each title, including Studio, Genre/s, Year/s, and MAL** pages for each entry*** in the series. Please refer to because.moe for available streaming options of any title in this list (only works in US, CA, AU, UK).
