wait a heckin minute! did the new writers not get a "bible" to use for new shows? Did they not know that one can put dead person stuff all over them to walk past the walkers?

It seems like there have been some missed opportunities to get past some walkers by using the discovered camouflage already established as how one can simply walk against a herd and not be discovered.

Or did they do one this 4a? Seriously, sometimes i think during this shows airing my brain tends to blank out and i forget little details, especially like when they waste whole episode on a new characters past that has nothing to do with the season really (cept to have an hour long set up for a single short scene.)
