It makes me quite upset to see the amount of people who are angry at the division of time between the 3 storylines. I’ve seen a lot of complaints that Nacho is having too much screen time and Jimmy ,whom the series is named after, is having little to none. However, I knew this would be the case before the season even started. Jimmy if I remember rightly definitely had the lions share of screen time last season with Nacho having very little it’s understandable that the writers would want to cool off Jimmy’s story a little in favour of progressing the cartel plot.
I think we’re mostly in agreement that Nacho may die this season which is probably why he needs the most focus currently and his and Mikes story seems to be coming together in the next couple of episodes. We also know that Jimmy becomes involved with Nacho due to him mentioning him in Breaking Bad.
I didn’t want to go on a rant or anything here or be a crazy fanboy who thinks the Breaking Bad team can do no wrong. I love Jimmys story and would like more scenes with him but for the sake of the plot it makes complete sense that he isn’t the main focus at the minute.
