Kim goes from being completely ecstatic to shocked and dismayed the moment Jimmy lets on that he duped them. It's such an extreme change in demeanor. While watching the scene I couldn't help but notice how unrealistic it was for him to be completely oblivious to her change, he even looks right at her and keeps going. Also come on.. Kim knows Jimmy very well by now that it shouldn't really be THAT surprising that he was faking it. It also seems like Bob Odenkirk was aware of this and tried to avoid looking at her, but somehow that just made it worse. I just couldn't buy it; Jimmy isn't some clueless bumbling fool, he's been shown to be very observant. It's things like this that keep me from really loving this show.
