Basically my theory is that the first episode in TWD happened in the last week of July 2010 (the year is confirmed in Feartwd). In season 2, it would be throughout August, which it ended at the start of Autumn. There was a 7 month time jump between season 2 finale and season 3 premier. Season 3 was in spring, which would be around March.
According to Walking Dead Wiki, it is currently 3,400 days since Day 1. It was Day 54 when Rick woke up, so it would be 3,366 days from the current timeline to when Rick woke up. If we do the math, we would end up with 112.2 months OR 9.33 years (9 years and 4 months).
If the Pilot (s1, ep1) episode start at last week of July 2010, the current timeline (s9, ep8) would be November 2019.
Here was my calculations: Last week of July 2010 TO Last week of July 2019 is 9 years, so if we add the 4 months, it would be 3rd or last week of November.
My guess is that this season's finale would be first week of December 2019. Spoilers says there would be snow in the finale.

My theory would be correct if we actually see the snow in this season.
Tl;dr: Season 1 episode 1 started at last week of July 2010. Season 9 episode 8 ended at 3rd or last week of November 2019.
