So I've been rewatching Season 6 of Game of Thrones and I noticed some interesting things about Arya becoming no one. When she sees the play starring Lady Crane, it is basically a comedic version of the most important events to happen in Westeros since Arya has been in hiding/in braavos. I noticed that her family Ned and Sansa are mentioned, and would if her being "no one" is her not playing a role in the story of the game of thrones (fighting for the rule of the 7 kingdoms etc.). She is watching the play and seeing everything play out, but she knows these people and she's interacted with them. Why isn't there an Arya character? Would if it's because she hasn't played a pivotal role in the story of the fight for power.
When she leaves Jaquen finally says to her that she is "finally no one". But then later she responds saying she is Arya Stark of Winterfell and she is going home, and Jaquen smiles and lets her go. Would if she needed to become "no one" and she needed to go on this self-discovery path in braavos to truly make her mark on the fight for the iron throne. Thus enabling her to become "someone" in the story and to make an impact on the game of thrones.
