[SPOILERS] Did anyone else notice this when Bran did the bad thing?

Spoilers for everything. I am a spoiler. Stop reading if you haven't Finished Season 6. Stop reading if you haven't finished all the books. Stop reading if you don't know how to read.

Watch this 30 second clip of The Night King touching Bran. Remember in this show, nothing is as it seems.

Does it look like the Night King wants to hurt Bran? Not to me, it looks like Bran is startled and about to fall over and the Night king is steadying him.

Watch again:

The Night King doesn't reach out and touch Bran. He only moves when Bran starts to stumble, like a father would steady his toddler. He does this in a reactionary way, not in a menacing or even hurtful way. If he could touch Bran, why not hurt him? Why not slice him in two with a sword?

Further, the Night King and walkers go into the cave and fuck up Blood Raven/ 3-eyed Crow. But that's about it. The wights are chasing Bran but the walkers aren't. They could have caught up to him easily, even with Wylis holding the door. The walkers could have frozen the door and frozen Wylis solid. They could have got to Bran and Meera, but seems like the mission wasn't Bran. It was to extinguish the 3 eyed Crow and maybe the last of the children of the Forest?

Don't get me wrong. I do believe the walkers are evil. But just trying to find bits of grey in these frozen armored knights. Or maybe this fans the flames of the Bran is the Night King theory. I .. don't.. know. But it seems like the white walkers are going to have an origin story that really makes us feel sorry for them.
