[SPOILERS] Just like "Hold The Door" is for Hodor, is it possible that "Burn Them All" is for the Mad King?

The war between Walkers and Humans is inevitable. Maybe Bran warped into someone who is the Mad King in future and "Burn Them All" got stuck with him.

Just like he did to Hodor for Holding the Door.

Maybe Mad King was just having Visions.
