Cersei gives birth while Jamie is present, while her enemies sack kings landing on their way to the Red Keep. It’s a difficult birth and she is very near death. Jamie holds the child and realizes she’s given birth to a dwarf. Cersei sees her child and is horrified, realizing the irony of the situation. She orders Jamie to kill the child, but he relents and leaves Cersei to die. Maybe Arya comes upon Cersei in her last moments, they have a dialogue, and Arya finishes her off.
Cersei has spent her whole life hating a dwarf for killing her mother, only to be killed by one. Jamie has slain yet another monarch, this time with his “other” sword...Lol.
