Points to keep in kind:-

— Should have appeared in the series at least for one scene.

— Everyone should be considered on his prime (Whether in show or in books as some characters are better in show than in books and vice versa so their prime part should be considered).

— Giants are not considered.

— I can't make one lift for everyone in the books because there are way too many characters to think and make top 10 with not enough details.
