SpongeBob has been on the air for 20 years now. It is a show that has truly defined a generation. It's hard to run into a milennial who doesn't get a SpongeBob reference. The show's cultural impact has been worldwide and massive. It's sad Mr. Hillenburg can't be here to celebrate the anniversary, but I want to extend a special thanks to everyone who has worked on the show for giving every kid out there hours of entertainment, laughs, something to talk about, and memories that will last a lifetime.
