What are some great backdoor pilot episodes which got wasted because the spin off never got made?

First thing that comes to mind is in Gossip Girl Season 2, the episode Valley Girls. Such a fresh and charming pilot with charismatic leads and against the backdrop of 80’s L.A. and Santa Barbara. I really do which the series was picked up.
