This contains spoilers for season 4.
In season 1 you see Jimmy tell Chuck that he passed the bar exam. You see later that same day (Jimmy is wearing the same clothes) Howard tells Jimmy that he cannot work at HHM.
However, in the season 4 finale Jimmy tells Chuck he needs to talk to Howard about adding another M to the name of the law firm after celebrating the bar exam at the karaoke bar. The conversation implies Jimmy still thinks he will work at HHM.
When could karaoke have happened? Jimmy was told on the same day Chuck found out about Jimmy becoming a lawyer that he couldn't work at HHM. The time line seems impossible.
