My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer this year. She’s in the clear thankfully but has 6 weeks of chemo to go through & 3 weeks of radio. She would often get very upset about having to lose her hair but I’d remind her of Alpha & she’d laugh lol. Today, I shaved my mum’s head & we both kept referencing the walking dead & Alpha to bring light of the situation & it helped a great deal.
