Is there even point doing predictions because the stuff these writers come out with are a) brilliant and b) completely unexpected.
By all accounts, there wasn't much in terms of action in season 4. But we all loved it because it was fresh, new and creative.
Between s3 and s4, my prediction was season 4 would be about Chuck's inheritance, and the whole seasons arc would mostly be about Jimmy trying to get his fair share of it vs Hamlin who would claim it was in Chucks interests to keep it in the firm or something.
To me it made sense, the previous season showed Jimmy was struggling with money and one of the plots was Chuck buying out of HHM. As that was his last known decree before dying (at least to Howard) it would have been interesting, but heck, Chuck's inheritance was just a plot driver and didn't go past a few minutes worth of time.
