Alias (2001-2006) - Why is this not streaming anywhere, especially Hulu?

My wife and I decided this is the show to binge..and....you can only BUY it digitally. It was on ABC, so why wouldn't it be on Hulu.

What am I missing here? Some kind of contract BS?
