Assuming that he had complete creative control over Season 2 (or as much as he had for Season 1 , if there is a difference) and did the entirety of it, what would it be like?
From what I've heard, he was the showrunner for some of the production for Season 2 before getting fired. Was he planning on having the group eventually get to Fort Worth? Were any episodes filmed before he was fired? It feels like there was. The first 3 episodes of Season 2 have a Season 1 vibe to it. The walkers were still able to run and the pacing never dragged at all with lots of action in each episode. I also heard he wanted only like 6 or 7 episodes again with a bigger budget but AMC cut the budget in half while doubling the episodes. Apparently, that's why the group was on the farm for so long.
But what was Darabont's intent for what happens in season 2 exactly?
