Skyler was in charge of laundering the cash and she didn't hide a bundle for herself in case Walt got caught? He didn't even realize how much he had until she showed him. Could have hidden away enough to choke an elephant in a way where the authorities wouldn't have found it but she didn't. That detail always made me think how stupid Skyler is, and really that's not her character. Carm from Sopranos had more self interest/protection going on than Skyler.
