how Carl should have lived. I understand the pathetic excuse given by the show about why he had to die (to stop the cycle of violence or whatever and move forward especially with the saviours) but the way he went out was absolute bullshit and so unnecessary. A walker bite to the rib cage?? Really? You’re telling me that Carl couldn’t fight off the walker??? It’s justifiable if it was a sudden horde but they didn’t even show us that. Carl is still alive in the comics and I just don’t understand why his tv counterpart is dead. I understand again maybe the actor had contract issues? (Please enlighten me if it is not about this but I heard he even bought a house in Georgia to continue filming but maybe stuff about his education was brought up?) His death was practically for nothing and he still had so much potential after the time jump. His character arc could have gone in so many different paths but no he had to die. Imagine grown up Carl with possibly a girlfriend (Enid) and being a good brother to Judith and living as a family with michonne and Rick (and maybe even RJ). Like imagine. Instead we have the only grimes left, Judith, who I personally cannot really connect with. I miss Carl Grimes every day.
