So I’m on season 9 and just got to the scene where Rick is basically taken off the show/“dies”/disappears.
Is this something that also happens in the comics or was it truly just because Andrew Lincoln wanted out?
Also, is there any possibility that he could return? Because it literally doesn’t make sense for him to just not come back. The whole show was about him and no offence to all the other characters but it’s really not going to be the same without Rick Grimes.
