Agree?
Bad decisions that she made:
Shooting at Daryl when told not to shoot.
Letting Beth attempt to kill herself when she was told to watch her.
Not listening to Michonne (he supposed friend) when she said that Woodbury wasn't a good place.
Going back to prison to see her old friends and then leaving.
Learning that the governor since Merle to kill Michonne and assaulted Maggie and still hesitated to kill him.
She was irrational and didn't have very good gut instincts which is needed especially in later seasons.
