So people were saying there was no AA and that plotline was a waste. Well, the prophecy never really says that AA has to save the world by murdering the Night King/Great Other. They just have to save the world. Arya acknowledges she had no chance of doing what she did without Dany and her armies. Jon organized the defences and brought Dany to their side. Jorah saved Dany. They all helped. They all saved the world, so they're all Last Heroes/Princes who were Promised long ago.
By that same token, the three heads of the dragon are metaphorically, Jon Sansa and Dany as the de facto main leaders of the living team (with sansa being the leader of the Riverlands and the Vale, I mean).
And the Red Keep is the Valonqar because metaphorically it's the "little brother" of Aegonfort, the first fortifications in that region/place. Or it's just straight up Daenerys who was a younger sister of Viserys and Rhaegar (and the younger hotter queen who comes to tear down cersei).
Jon being Rhaegar's son doesn't seem to mean much in show canon, according to fans. Well what if the real truth was somethign else? Like Ned + Ashara or Ned + Wylla. We could take Ned at his word and accept Jon as truly his son and Lyanna's baby either died in infancy or ran off to Essos to become Young Griff whos still out there somewhere. Bran's vision cuts away so we don't ultimately know for sure what happened to that baby. And isn't it just a Bran thing to do that he decided to make up that Jon is some dead baby to create the chaos he needs to become king himself?
I like the idea that Jon is the true heir to Winterfell, but nothing else (because King Bran can legitimize Jon or through some tinfoil shit where he switched with Robb in the crib. So maybe Robb was the son of Rhaegar and Jon is the son of Ned and Cat. That would blow Cat's mind). That's why he does become king of there (and later on is de facto King Beyond the Wall). This adds some grativas and meaning to the story of Rhaegar's son by lyanna. he was in Winterfell, he was a great and noble king, he did become the king of half of Westeros...but his own tragic mistakes led him to fail and die, so he needs his siblings to pick up the slack and become Azor Ahais.
(I'm mostly joking so don't freak out).
