I could never figure out if the guy's head was crushed under the weight of the machine, because the way the skank tipped the machine over, it didn't seem very heavy to instantly crush someone's head, plus it came down from a not so high length. Plus there was this whirring sound as it came down on his head, like there was some kind of rotor spinning on the bottom of the ATM, but if that's the case, then I don't know what that is, or why an ATM have a rotor spinning down there.
